At Arvantav, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging, if applicable

  • Accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, quality issue, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost after the issue is confirmed.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Handmade Glass Notice

Some Arvantav products may be made using handmade or handcrafted glass techniques. Due to the nature of handmade glass, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and finish may occur.

These natural variations are not considered defects. Product images on our website are for reference and may not match every item exactly. We carefully inspect our products to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a confirmed quality issue.
