At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label if applicable. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Will handmade glass items look exactly like the photos?
Some Arvantav products may include handmade or handcrafted glass details. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, or finish may occur.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade glass and are not considered defects. Product photos are for reference and may not match every item exactly.
