Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check the latest delivery status through the carrier’s tracking page.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Has Not Updated
Sometimes tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking details.
